“I love the flexibility of this program.
I get to use my phone and the small, easy to carry BacTrack device.
I have control over the schedule, those that receive notifications, and of course, the price is fantastic.
The ONLY issue that I have is that 1 out of 5 tests do not upload. I submit a test and it goes back to the app, without uiploading...I then need to try again (sometimes two times) to get a test to upload.
Other than that, I love this program.”
“Good product and device. The only issue is the scheduling of multiple tests on a different day. It seems to always put "today's date" Even if you pick another date so you have to manually adjust the date. Otherwise, seems to be working great!”
