“There are several apps which is confusing when trying to add monitors and accountability partners to the same account.
Using a Google pixel phone has its challenges with the view enterprise signing in sometimes. The caqch and data have to be deleted multiple times. Fortunately this does not lose previous test results.
I'd suggest a notification of when a test is due with an option of calling the number on the account. A simple text can be easily missed even with a reminder sent so I've sety alarm to accommodate since I have a schedule rather than random testing.
While it isn't great, the tests have at least been accurate which is much better than receiving a false positive reading prior to the updated device. That was not an app issue though.
I could really use a free month of backtrack as I've been on it since the beginning of the year. The cost is ridiculous but necessary.”

“Being able to share your results with accountability partners is a great feature. Scheduling specific testing times or opting for random tests gives the test freedom, if not ordered by court. Providing reports to prove sobriety is the best feature for me. The only downside I have to mention is false positives after eating too soon before testing.”
