“It's been amazing for what we are using it for. However its sensitivity is alarming. I was with a crowd of people who had been with me all night-no alcohol in my system whatsoever.
It detected a 0.014 something which i didn't look at that evening bc no alcohol was involved.
The next morning my monitor was upset thinking I had drank bc it detected something. We cleared it with witnesses but "legally" it could still be used against me if the monitor wanted to.
It can get really expensive and defensive and hard to prove clear in situations like that.
Don't get me wrong-it's an absolute useful tool-but when it's ME-knowing i didn't drink-and it detects something causes a lot of anxiety & stress on both sides when it's unnecessary.
Otherwise-glad it exists! Accountability is awesome!”
