“The device and app interface are great products. On my end - easy to use, conveniently small in size, battery holds a charge for over a month (I usually use it 2x day). On the other end, those I've designated as monitors seem pleased with the product and user experience as well… helps provide the accountability and trust needed to have my kids back!”

“Product functions most of the time. Sometimes you have to retest a few times before it will upload. Their marketing campaign your social media feeds will be plugged into once you sign up are not great. Seems like the company wants to make fun of your sobriety by trying to market to people who don't have to subscribe to their service to comply with some sort of authority infastructure. Feels like they are laughing at you.
Also, the time zone changes on your account are clumsy if you do any travelling, and will make it look like you didn't not test on time. If you don't close out of the app right after you test it will play the audio from your test on a loop. Sometimes it will play my Blu tooth audio through the test video. So a lot of my tests are narrated by the audio book I am listeing to.”
