I purchased three of these ladles to replace missing spoons of an antique triple jar condiment server. They are the perfect size and look like they are original to the server. I am very pleased.

Great for practical life scooping an object out of an ice tray into another container.

In early November I ordered a single metal $2.95 mini-ladle to replace a plastic one that had broken -- which accounts for the twice-the-value-of-item shipping cost (Amazon Prime, which is simply pre-paid shipping [isn't Jeff Bezos clever?] has conditioned us to falsely expect other vendors to provide free shipping). But it was worth it. The ladle is well-made (from Japanese steel -- aces!) and relatively heavy, so I don't think this one will break anytime during the century. Due to politically-motivated postal delays, it took over a month to receive.

My 4 yrs old uses this to scoop everything. It's the perfect size for her. Feels well made, good weight. Could be used for a sugar bowl.
