I ordered a set of laminated cards depicting the skeleton of a child's body. They arrived within a couple of days of ordering. They were even better than I hoped. Great illustration. Good font for the identifying word to go with each highlighted bone. Sturdy cards. I used them to explain to my 4 1/2-year-old grand niece my broken wrist which is in a cast. We played a game with the cards where she chose one from a fan of upside down cards and she found the bone on her body and learned the name for it. Turned a potentially scary event (falling and breaking a bone ) into a learning experience we both enjoyed.

Holidays present an excellent teaching opportunity since enthusiasm comes easy. I'm a retired teacher so my primary student is my two year old grand daughter. She loves enjoys finding the bones on the cards on herself. A good fall activity. They are also very sturdy.

we use this during school time (homeschool) and my daughter loves it. i had to break it down in levels of difficulty of pronunciation. seems nice and sturdy. i used a gerber toddler meals food container to hold the cards and labels separately.
