“The jacket arrived promptly. When inspected I found a hole in pocket where stitching had come away or not been sewn properly. Got in contact via email and was told to return for refund or replacement. Asked about the return postage as the garment was faulty and not my fault and was told they would reimburse the postage cost which was good. Sent the coat back and emailed a copy of the postage cost. Had a refund for the coat but not my postage costs. Messaged several times but just getting ignored now. Out of pocket and disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.”
