“I faced a few issues due to my own fault from accidentally deleting my credit note and then putting in the wrong email address and home address.
The customer service has been absolutely exceptional, emails were answered and resolved extremely quick.
Staff are so helpful and go above and beyond for their customers.

“Made 2 orders from this company delivery to Dublin Ireland, delivery with FedEX one item was supposed to artive Friday 1st Dec and the other was to arrive today 3rd Dec. Both items are marked as delivered but items have not been received, items to the value of €460 not received

“The sizing is ridiculous!! My son is 11, normal size and all sizes to small. How can an XL Tracksuit be to small. Size 14-15 tracksuit jacket to small! How??? The sizes used to be more appropriate. They have obviously shrunk the sizes so kids need to get adult size sooner which costs more and therefore they make more. Obviously a very greedy company!”

“I would give 0 stars if I could, spent £170 on this company and i haven’t received my parcel. I have been in contact with them for over a week ( I ordered 2 weeks ago) and they have said they can’t send a new parcel or process and refund until they have investigated with Evri as they delivered it to the wrong address. They have now ignored my last three e-mails and there is no other way of contacting them. £170 down the drain just before Christmas”
“The sizes are well too small, bought my 13 year old son t shirts (14-15 size) and they all well too small, tight on him. They look like 10 year old max. Same with tracksuit, you need at least 2 sizes bigger . The pants are tiny. He was so disappointed. I can't even send it back as I bought early for his birthday and now it's more than 30 days ☹️”
“What is going on with this firm. My son loves its clothing but their sizing is all over the place. I bought three t shirts for him last week aged 12-13 and they are smaller than the age 8-9 t shirt I kept for my daughter.
Quality seems good but he’s gutted as now they aren’t in stock in bigger size”

I placed an order and I’d ordered the wrong one - I sent it back and the return was acknowledged immediately and the refund soon after so I couldn’t complain at all (apart from obviously having to pay the return postage).”
“Really badly run company. I placed an order and after not receiving anything for a week (delivery time advised was 1-3 days) I enquired about my order. Received no response at all and then a generic automated notification of refund.
When I further enquired what was the reason for this, I was again ignored.
Upon escalating this to the management of the company I was again ignored and then received a short, bland, effortless email from customer service saying the products I had ordered were out of stock - despite being able to order them from their website and them charging me...
This is clearly a very transactional company who are only interested in online sales. Very little, if not no, consideration for customers or brand reputation.”
