“The sizes are well too small, bought my 13 year old son t shirts (14-15 size) and they all well too small, tight on him. They look like 10 year old max. Same with tracksuit, you need at least 2 sizes bigger . The pants are tiny. He was so disappointed. I can't even send it back as I bought early for his birthday and now it's more than 30 days ☹️”
“Really badly run company. I placed an order and after not receiving anything for a week (delivery time advised was 1-3 days) I enquired about my order. Received no response at all and then a generic automated notification of refund.
When I further enquired what was the reason for this, I was again ignored.
Upon escalating this to the management of the company I was again ignored and then received a short, bland, effortless email from customer service saying the products I had ordered were out of stock - despite being able to order them from their website and them charging me...
This is clearly a very transactional company who are only interested in online sales. Very little, if not no, consideration for customers or brand reputation.”
