“I’m a huge Lego fan. They make great products, and I’ll continue to get more.As someone who’s done a bunch of sets before, I found this design fell short. There are a few places where it seems the design team “got cute” with the available blocks and just made something more complicated than necessary that’s really hard to build. It was very hard to fit the pieces together in some areas (e.g., had to remove a smooth one-square block to install the foot; otherwise, it couldn’t be done).I was also missing a few pieces, which didn’t make the experience any more enjoyable. Luckily, I was able to pull miscellaneous pieces from other sets to make it work.Happy with the final product, but expect more from Lego on an item like this.”
“This lego is great for history buffs and people who like the Statue of Liberty but if your giving it to someone else who isn’t one of these you could find much better things to spend your money on.It’s simply too much money for a bunch of plastic bricks it would be a perfect gift if it would be 50$.”
