“I love Legos and I think the architectural swries of akylines just adds a level of sophistication to the Lego legacy. I live many of the series such as Star Wars and Harry Potter, bit I find these to be a bit different. The difference is the booklets in these sets are first rate and kids and adults alike learn about the buildings in the skyline. These are also pretty good replicas of the featured area. These can be challenging due to the small pieces but you create a real masterpiece. The Paris Skyline is wonderful and turns out great with the tower and focal points of the Paris Skyline.Another great Set from Lego!”
“LEGO Paris skyline was easy to assemble, its unique parts create authentic architecture including The Louvre and the Louvre Pyramid which were my favorites. If you love Paris or architecture and LEGO this is a must have. See my photo for size. Rating 5 stars= Love It.”
“I grew up putting together Legos, but not sets like this. If you have never put one of these together, you are missing out. I found it an incredibly relaxing way to spend a couple of hours. You follow the directions, methodically, until the pieces are all put together. Honestly, it seems closer to building a model airplane than it does putting together Legos. That is probably the only thing I would complain about, though not for this set in particular: you can only use the pieces for this set. There isn't much room for innovation. But sometimes that's okay.”
“After constructing the San Francisco Lego skyline, I was ready to move on to the more complex Paris set, and it was great fun to assemble. All the pieces were there, with a few extras, and I loved seeing the Eiffel Tower come together so splendidly. The hinged planning was a stroke of genius (how do they *develop* these things?). The Louvre is terrific, as is the Grand Palais, though the Arc de Triomphe could have been closer to the shape of the original -- it's a bit on the chintzy side. Still and all, it looks great, especially next to my San Francisco on the shelves. I'm looking at the Great Wall of China next...”
