Ask my grandson to send me a picture of what he wanted for Christmas and this Lego set is what he sent me so that’s why I bought it. He loves it

It's LEGO. They're great! What else needs to be said?

Sadly, some of the pieces were missing. I wasn’t able to finish the car as I would have liked.

The overall build was fun and relaxing. This is a great starter model if you plan on buying the chiron or sian. The only thing that bugged me was that the bags are not numbered so pieces are scrambled. I would reccomend seperating them and organizing them to make it a little easier.

I just finished building this Lego set. It took me three days (about 15 hours - including the parts organizing time). It's Lego, so the quality control is awesome and everything fit perfectly. The instructions are clear. I just wish the other Technic cars were priced a bit lower, so that I can buy them, too. I highly recommend it!

This set did away with the traditional (and brilliant) numbered-bag system. My son is 10 and incredibly technical; he devoured the LEGO Rollercoaster set (ages 16+) in 3 days. I bought him this car for Christmas, and he was pretty heartbroken that there were 1,500 pieces in random bags. He felt like he was looking for a needle in a haystack for each piece. After an hour, he was in tears and asked me to return it. If LEGO wished to make this more expert, that is fine, but if they are going to make this assembly significantly different than their others, this should be explicitly stated. And it should certainly my not be rated a lower age than a 3,500 set labeled 16+ with the bag number system.
