“Nothing in this kit fits right. I had to make small modifications in order to get this built. I'm not blaming Motion for this, I have bought many of their foamy products and they have been great. But this Black Horse jet was horrible, plus with the matte finish covering, which was put on poorly, just makes the jet look cheap. Hopefully it will fly better than it looks.”

“Still in the build process with this jet. Generally it is a good plane, but I have some issues with parts fit. First, the canopy is terrible. It was formed with the lower edges of the sides bent out of shape so it didn't fit the cockpit at all. I ended up cutting the bent parts off and making some rails to attach to the cockpit that allowed me to glue the canopy to the sides. Also, the main gear doesn't align with the wheel wells with the enclosed liners installed. I enlarged the mounting holes in the gear slightly, and that allowed enough of a shift to allow the gear to retract without binding in the wells. I'd be curious to hear of anyone else who had similar experiences.”

“The jet flys exceptionally well and it’s faster than I expected with just a Swiwin 80. It’s a viper and it flys exactly as you would expect from the viper design there are no weird characteristics and it slows down nicely for a jet. I added smoke and unilights to mine and painted the inside of the canopy black and love it”

“The model overall is great, I hope to maiden it this weekend. The covering is horrible, it is flat (not glossy) and every time you touch it, it leaves a mark. It applied gloss coat to fix that. There are also several small fit issues, but it’s an ARF, these are expected. One of the main landing gear cutouts was slightly misaligned, the gear would hit it and get stuck,, I ended up enlarging the opening a little and solved that. There are also a few errors in the manual. But, overall, I’m happy with it.”

“The covering could be better it has a tendency to need ironed down on the seems about every time you take it to the feild some ca helps with this but other than that the build quality is good and it’s very light weight for its size I don’t care for the method of friction hold on the tail and wings a more positive attachment method would definitely be preferred but I does seem to work and the look and setup is excellent for the price point”

“overall good quality is good, one thig I dont like that main landing gears too short and there is no way to install the wheel wells. Also please remove your recommendation of regular size servos, No, its only mini servos”
