“Outstanding customer service from Motion RC. It's amazing that in this day and age you can still get a person on the phone to help you with your needs. As for the model it came shipped in almost perfect condition. I got lucky. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't include the rescue boat ladders clearly displayed in all of the photos of the product. The other small issue was that the only U.S. flag on the ship is backwards, the decal was printed backwards and looks a little funny. I also had some signs of rust on my drive shafts, it may have been from left over speed grease from the factory or something I don't know, it just looks rusty. You can't change the steering servo the boat either, so hopefully the servo will never die. Anyway, I have to go file a warranty claim for the ladders I hope Bancroft will help...”

“I love the detail - very delicate. It’s plastic model level with photo etch all over so being careful is a must. As mentioned in a previous post ‘ my secondary gun turrets were broken (3) I guess because they were the only thing that could flop around (packaged separately ) . Any way to get replacements from Bancroft? Overall beautiful and beyond most modelers / for the money.Gonna run it soon just ballasted report soon - I’m and airplane guy and motion is the best period. Glenn Stokes”

“My first RC ship I am very happy with detail on such a large ship disappointed in packaged secondary gun turrets being broken or warped the ones installed on ship are ok It ran well the 5 times I put in my pool and then ESC quit luckily I could retrieve it Wanted a refund but they now want to send another ESC but have my doubts about its longevity It is a very impressive ship but I want to run it and not for display only Motion RC are working with me so if ESC is bad I hope they have better replacements This line has so much potential and they put in inferior electronics its like putting a yugo engine in a Mercedes”
