“Really enjoyed this build. My 4th plane set from Cobi. I’ve never had any problems with missing or irregular size blocks. I keep the instructions close by as my kitties seem to like dismantle My planes them from time to time.”

“I build a LOT of Lego sets, from helping my children with small ones, to the adult sets with thousands of pieces...this was my first Cobi brand build. Cobi has the license for many military sets and the license for Top Gun Maverick, so I figured I'd give the Mustang a try. The set was bigger than I expected (1:35 scale...most WWII plastic models I had built were 1:72 or 1:48, so it's bigger than those). Unlike most Lego sets, the bags aren't numbered and some of the instructions are vague. The decal placement was NOT in the instructions at all. I ran into one issue with a mangled piece that somehow passed QA. Luckily it was a fairly common Lego equivalent, so it was easy to swap and the color difference is negligible.All in all, it's a nice looking set and not too complicated to build. Cobi isn't fake Lego (Lepin), but due to licenses it seems to be priced a little higher with lower quality. Definitely not a Danger Zone to worry about.”
