Snap Circuits Jr. 100 Experiments Reviews

4.8 Rating 330 Reviews
One of my older kids had this set years back and a younger one wanted one too, but was too young. Now the first set is long gone (pieces lost) and the younger one is now old enough to have his own and was VERY excited to receive it!! He loves science and can’t wait to starting working with this.

My son is incredibly interested in learning about how things work. He is 5 and this was challenging enough to keep him busy for hours trying to figure out all the different circuit designs. Only down side, one is the sound chips isn’t working (space war sound chip). I’m disappointed because that takes away 4-5 designs he could do but I don’t feel like going through the trouble of sending it back and waiting for a new one. Otherwise it’s a great toy! We love it!

My grandson likes this even though the box says he’s too young for it. He’s even creating his own and making them work.

I bought this in the summer for my child for Christmas. Wasn't opened for roughly 6 months. Everything works great! My kiddo played with a set like this for years at her old daycare (since Kinder). She remembered how to use it so it was easy for her to use this time but she was also able to do different things. She's always liked exploring and seeing how things work so she really liked this set. I think this is a great gift for kiddos, even younger than 8.

My 6 year old is really into science and building things. I expected we would have to help him. But he was able to follow the directions and clear diagrams to build the projects by himself. This was an excellent gift and he is already asking for expansion sets.

Super entertaining Christmas gifts for nearly 9-year-old (Jr. set) and 6-year-old twins (beginner sets each). As another reviewer suggested, we helped them with completing the first few projects from the instruction books (which are illustrated very well, even for the young ones). Then they each took off on their own, doing the included projects, and trying their own. They were thrilled at what they were creating (and impressing the adults) with the fans, lights and sounds. We're already talking about buying additional sets, which are all compatible with each other. Also, this company seems to stand by their product. Wouldn't hesitate buying again!

A great little kit with enough bits for your aspiring scientist or electrician to build about 30 different circuits or inveentions. Lots of fun and educational too. (Even the parents can enjoy with the kiddos).
