“This is our third set from Elenco Snap Circuits, we love the toys and the experiments and book that comes with it. Kits are well thought of and easy to use at the 10 yr old age level. The pics on the box for the egg and light attachments are a bit misleading, they do not have two colors when you play with them. The Flying Wheel is a little flimsy compared to the other versions, I wish there were two or more of this part, as this often breaks. One other part in the set did not work at all, Elenco Support said it will replace the part at no charge. My child spends hours on this set, we get lots of play mileage on these toys both from my child and other visiting kids. Remember connect them till they snap together but easy does it :)”
“super cool and i figure, its one of those toys that you shouldnt throw away once they tire of it. Unless they memorize the various specs/plans, it would appear to be one that is interesting all over again and one they can accomplish (or 'conquer') again and again. Good stuff and dare i say an nice primitive alternative to the cellphone and tablet apps.”
“Purchased it for a 16th birthday and my son likes it very much. He has hooked it up to his stereo and enjoys the various ways he can make it work. The snap circuits are nice because you don't have to be an electrical genius (or that interested in electricity) to use it. A very fun gift!”
