“The parts are very small and difficult to put together. The directions are horrible. They attempt to be like LEGO directions but are very much worse. You can get pretty far along without knowing that there is something wrong. My grandson and I have several hours already put in trying to put it together and have not gotten very far. I do not recommend this product”
“My 8-year-old son received this for Christmas. He and his dad attempted to assemble it, but after working on it for over an hour, a very small, essential piece broke so now it can’t be completed. Upon attempting to register the product to exercise the 3-year warranty, I keep receiving a notice that the barcode I’ve entered is incorrect despite verifying it numerous times. It then erases all of the information I’ve already entered and requires me to start over from the beginning which is extremely frustrating! I reached out to customer service via email, but have yet to receive a response. I’m very disappointed with this purchase, but not as disappointed as my son will be when we tell him the robot he’s already spent a lot of time working on will never be completed.”

“Many small pieces and my grandson (10 yrs) will have to have help with it. He wanted to learn coding and more will be revealed about that. Still think it’s a good gift!”
