“I was a little leary on buying this 4s 4000mah 40c battery. I read some reviews and I am not one to believe all I read so I took my chances. The battery came with a deans connector. Which is fine but I personally run traxxas trx connectors but thats just preference. Any way after carefullty cutting away the shrink tube on the solder joins of the deans connector I noticed the soldrer joint was clean & strong. They use a deascent 12 guage wire which is more then sufficent. I put the battery on charge and noticed the cells were around 3.85 volts and they were all the same voltage (balanced nicely) I only ran the battery for a couple minutes in my 1/8 scale buggy in my asphault driveway. Tomorrow I plan to test at least 2 charge & run cycles. Not really enough to break the battery in but long enough to get a sense on assurance. I have a great feeling for $55.00 usd. This is a great battery. Service was fast & more then I expected. I normally do not like to deal with a business that does not have a contact phone number, but these guys are on there game from what I have experienced thus far. “Bought 2 of these for my FMS 1400mm T-28 Trojan. Balance was perfect on both packs. After 5 break-in cycles, these packs remain perfectly balanced and the cell IR is very close to each other. Started pushing these packs harder and now am getting 8 minute flights with resting cell voltage around 3.75V. Lowest loaded cell voltage was 3.55V using telemetry to get readings. Packs come down less than 110 degrees F with outside temps around 95. I would have to say these are as good or better than any other battery I have used. Not to mention from a company with some of the best customer service I have ever seen which is as good as Horizon Hobby or possibly even better.Thanks Motion RC!”
