“I'm sorry to see that so many people are having QC issues with their plane and/or having trouble getting it to fly well. I cannot comment on their experience, but I felt like I had to step up and give this plane a good rating based on my experience.I have flown every foamy A-10 out there; UMX, Dynam, FMS, larger A-10, E-flite's 64mm. Out of all of them, THIS is the one I like the most. It flies so smooth and doesn't bounce around terrible on landing like E-Flite's. Overall, this thing is a pure joy to fly.Now, why are people struggling with it? I suspect it's because the plane's elevator needs some UP trim to fly neutral, but nowhere in the manual is this mentioned. So, on maiden flight, the plane wants to nose down REALLY badly. I'm not trying to plug my YT video for "clicks", but if you're reading this and you've had issues with this plane, please watch this video, get your elevator trim close to what is shown at the end of the video, and try again. Don't give up on this plane, because it's a really wonderful jet.”

“Great looking aircraft but poor quality control. Had to replace Rudder cable bevause it failed servo test and Throttle cable red wire was separated from connector (see pic). One shouldn't have to rewire and fix connectors on a new plane. If I wasn't a former electronics technician, I would've asked for a refund. Lucky I enjiy troubleshooting and soldering.”

“I love this model, and have not given up hope. Freewing, please do better quality control. I did not see that the positive lead (red) for one of the esc servo cables was broken. The red wire for this esc servo lead is shorter than the rest, probably why it was broken.On the maiden flight, the plane lifted to about 6 foot or 2 meters and then violently went straight down, with a hard three point landing.I ordered and installed new retract motor from Motion RC and repaired damage to foam. Crimping new servo ends on both throttle servo leads tonight. Re-maiden tomorrow.Also, for the next revision, please consider lighter or higher KV motors for this model.This model was priced great, and looks great. Just the gear, better motors, and better quality control and I will buy the next one.”
