“Great flying A-10. Tons of fun doing low level flights. Lots of power with the upgraded EDF’s. The only negative so far has been the lack of an oleo compression/spring nose gear strut to absorb imperfections on the runway surface. The stiff nose gear causes the nose to pitch up on a take off roll prematurely if it hits a slight bump, which will launch the plane airborne at slow speed (Vmca). The plane gets four stars for this.”
