This ls a light 64mm F-16, but can handle the wind fairly well. It’s a great little flier that can alpha all day if that is your jam!!

Excellent fit and finish. Easy and fast assembly. Since there only two servos, any aileron or elevator trim effects all four surfaces. Therefore, it’s difficult to obtain no aileron deflection and have the correct elevator trim for straight and level flight. It took me three iterations to achieve that. I was almost at the point of adding dedicated elevator servos and linkages. Once the trim issue was resolved, performance was exceptional. I did setup the throws to be well below the low rates with a good bit of expo. Still, control response is a bit touchy. I obsolutely love the reverse thrust and use it frequently to minimize roll out. After a bit of practice, high alpha is quite stable and lots of fun.

Well, it's not 100% any longer after the 2nd maiden. It met some trees :(I love how it looks, but seems WAY underpowered compared to vids on the tube. Sorry, I have to say it. On 4s 40c lipos (I admit they are not brand new but they are still decent) it made 845grams thrust (loosely tested) and weighs in over 900grams with miro rx. The control is slightly tricky. Might be better and I'm gonna try going solely to ELEVONS as the ?ailerators? give too much air brake effect like flaps or spoilers when turning. Don't get me wrong it turns hard but sometimes maybe slows down alot for a jet a little underpowered and it's just not for noobs or rusty (that was me) edf pilots. I been flying all the mini pusher jets lately after soending 2yrs on FPV quads... and all that stabilized SAFE control and first person flying got my fixed wing skills pretty off kilter. Nobody's fault but mine on the tree incident. ;) love this Jet though will buy another and upgrade esc and go for 6s broke!!

I paired this unit with a Spektrum RX with AS3X and Safe and it really handled well. Had a small issue with setting up the reverse as my SPektrum RX would not let me set it up in Chan 5, so I designated it as a “flap” and assigned Chan A and it’s perfect now. I’ve been using both Admiral 2200 45c and a Spektrum 2200 50c 4s packs for it.
