“Admittedly haven't flown yet.As for assembly, you have to screw the retracts in, glue the exhaust and horizontal fins; the vert stab screws on.Would have liked easy connect wings like newer models; feeding aileron and retract servo wires is a chore so keeping this model one piece. I fitted the single after burner light, painted the inside of the duct black and aluminium as there was light bleed from the side. Ill be running hrb 4500's 100c 6s and a lenon rx with stability and remote diversity sat. Got to setup rates before i take to the air.Just be careful of the supplied glue as its stringy and can get everywhere. I would have used epoxy if I'd known”
“This is my fourth mirage. I never crashed any. Sold them or gave them away to club members. I’ve owned just about every freewing model of 80 and 90mm. The mirage is superb. Being a delta it slows down very nicely for a land. BE CAREFUL with the aileron throws on the Manual. They will make this thing a drill bit and extremely hard to control. Go with 6-8mm aileron throw and 10mm elevator throw and you will like it. Also when you deploy the gear you’ll notice the plane dives a bit. This is due to the nose gear front cover. No biggie but just anticipate it when you take off and when you deploy them. I converted mine to a 2 seater mirage. “Does speed and high alpha really well, but not much else. Clocked at 161mph which is insane. Can handle pretty much anything you can throw at it, and the thrust-to-weight ratio is insane. Wish the rudder was a bit bigger for more yaw authority, but it's enough for most of what I put this thing through. Get yourself a speed demon death dorito! Tons of fun!”

“So far about ten flights on this one. Great first impressions. Not that difficult to fly with great speed and vertical capabilities.I’m running 4000ma batteries for about 3:30 of aggressive flying. 4500ma is probably the largest pack that will fit comfortably.”

“This is my second edf and first delta wing. This model is so stable on low and high speeds. Does an high alpha like it’s childs play. I did modification on the nose gear. Installed a Freewing F15 nose gear, had to modify the gear door and cut some foam. Takes off and land on grass without a problem.”
