“Good flyer, quite fast, excellent trainer model, fair price for full model. Give me so many adrenaline and fun. Excellent model for new jet flyers. Unfortunately on the 34th flight something went wrong with the motor/esc or maybe servo and it suddenly in full speed jerked in mid air, make loop and directly crashed into the ground. Later analysis did not help much to discover the real cause. Have video of crash and it is real strange what is happened there. Maybe my control mistake. Never mind now, RIP my dear Avanti :(I would get the ARF version again, or maybe want to try the Shooting Star, but I don't understand why the ARF version is so expensive. Simply, any price above 250€ is simply a real rip-off, sorry Motion, this 335€ is not fair price.”

“Ive been waiting to write a review for the Avanti S V2.I've now got about 30 flights on it and can't wait to get a bunch more.Out the box the plane was perfect. Unlike several Horizon Viper 90's I've had this plane assembles as easy as Legos. Slips into place. Screws line perfectly. No fighting or bending trying to make it all work.My maiden was perfect. No trim needed. I did adjust flaps for my flying style and field.Everything about this plane pales in comparison to the aforementioned. The landing gear is excellent, more forgiving (less tendency to bounce).It flys like a dream with my Spectrum 8 channel receiver which I use AS3X to keep it smooth in windy days.Loops, rolls, knife edeges are breeze and precise. Most importantly this plane does not have a nasty wing stall; butter smooth and stable at low speeds.In conclusion, I wish I bought this jet many jets ago. It's less expensive and offers a while lot more!”

“Just did my 200th flight on my Avantil S 2.0 today and it has held up great with zero issues and this is flying from a grass field. It has been a great jet to get into and has performed flawlessly. No issues with the plane at all. After 200 flights the landing gear is a little worn, but it continues to work perfectly. Because of it's performance with me it has become a favorite at my field.Great plane and would buy another if I ever wear this one out.”

“This is the second time I have bought this plane (inflated battery exploded in the first one, fault of the battery not the plane). One of the best in slow flight characteristics due to its wing area but at the same time one of the fastest jets. I wouldn't think I'd ever say this; I like this plane so much that I would marry him. The only thing I would recommend is to reinforce the 4 plastic hooks of the two nose gear gates with fiberglass and epoxy to prevent them from breaking because it will happen eventually.”

“I have had quite a few EDF’s and a couple of the previous versions of this Avanti. I previously changed the power systems as it was a bit lacking. The new version has a much better sounding and more powerful power systems. It’s not worth upgrading to be honest, great model and is a definite “take every time” model.”
