“Flies predictable for this size edf.It's fast and sensitive in the ailerons so bring the throw down till it is manageable for you.The elevator needs a good amount of throw.Make sure you have your CG right or it will be tricky getting it airborne.I have elevons on mine but I think that's overkill.Really don't need flaps.Nice looking airborne and is responsive.I put on some really bright florescent paint on the wings and rudders. Sure glad I did.”

“Freewing did a nice job on this plane. The finish is superior and it goes together nicely. This plane flys well and is very responsive, however, it tends to bounce on anything but a good landing on asphalt. The reason for a 4 star is that the landing nose wheel needs to be stronger because the retract servo housing cracks easily. Otherwise a great plane.”

“Excellent details and finishes on this model but make sure the control horns are secure. I had an aileron horn come out on takeoff on it's 6th flight. Examination showed hardly any adhesive on the horn so it was an incident waiting to happen. Fortunately the crash damage was restricted to one wing, now replaced.When the ailerons work it flies beautifully.”

“So glad Motion provides the ARF PLUS version of their F-35!After over 107 flights on my original PNP, I gave in to the “y'all watch this now” stupidity at 2-3 feet above ground...well you can guess what happened.Got the ARF PLUS and just dropped my RX, ESC and EDF from my damaged F35 and I was off again...better than ever. Just as well made as the PNP, and everything else you need is included.Thanks Motion!!!!”

“The overall appearance and finish of this jet is amazing - it's a real head turner. Easily the best finish and paint job of any EDF I've ever owned, hands down.It is a very smooth and fast flyer. No nasty surprises but it definitely keeps you on your toes. I fly the 90mm F22 which is a pussycat compared to the F35. The F35 is way less floaty and comes in a little hot. Luckily the landing gear is very well designed and robust. Overall I really like this jet. What I like less is the poor parts support - they've been out of most of the foam parts for almost two months now. I've been grounded due to a crash and can't even buy the ARF+ kit, everything is out of stock. No guidance whatsoever on when or if the parts will come in, and of course there are no other options for suppliers unless I want to pay $$$ for shipping from China. Really disappointed in the situation.”
