“Everything just works and is robust, which is not what I expected from a foamie. Excellent performance as well with approximately 3 minutes of flight time (throttle operated timer) on a 6S-5000. The ONLY drawback is the absurd and completely unnecessary 5-second delay in gear operation, but I plan to bypass the onboard gear controller to alleviate that nuisance in the near future.”

“Die T 33 ist mein 5. Freewing-Modell. Allen gemein ist die sehr gute Qualität, vor allem die der Oberfläche. Leider passt auch bei diesem Modell der SP ( genau wie bei meiner F 86, SP 30 mm zu weit vorne) nicht. Ich wollte das Modell zum Erstflug von unserer top- präparierten Graspiste starten. Fehlanzeige! Keine Tendenz zu erkennen die Nase zu heben, geschweige denn zu starten. Die Ursache war schnell gefunden. SP zu weit vorne und das Bugfahrwerk musste auch um 7 mm verlängert werden, um die Tragfläche auf +1 Grad EWD zu bringen. Des weiteren habe ich die Gewichte (82g) aus der Nase des Modells entfernt, um einen größeren Akku benutzen zu können ( 6s 5700 mA/h, 850 g). Jetzt fliegt der Jet wunderbar. Landungen sind problemlos und dank der Modifikationen gelingen auch die Starts sehr gut. In der Summe ein absolut empfehlenswertes Modell, auch für Jet- Einsteiger.”

“This T-33 is a great plane that is easy to control and flies well. I had two T-33’s before this one. The first one I crashed with pilot error after about 110 flights. The second one crashed on its maiden flight. The maiden flight lasted about 5-6 seconds then completely went out of control. When I got home I checked the electronics and found a defective ESC which caused the crash. I didn’t call Motion RC because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of proving it was equipment failure although I could have sent them the defective ESC. I’m now on my third T-33 and enjoying flying it like my first one. All in all this is a very nice plane, well built with realistic detailing that flies exceptionally well.”
