“This F-22 does not have any bad tendencies, it just flies amazing. I get about 4:30 mins with an HRB 6S 5000 mah lipo and an afterburner, however, with good throttle management and adding a little bit of gliding I have been able to have it in the air for 7 minutes. The landing gear looks and functions spectacularly.. I've had a couple of bad landings and this bird has taken them like a champ. Note that this bird is really fast so I begin killing speed with flaps early in my approach and I use reverse thrust as well. I am using stock configuration and I am having a blast so far. The climb rate is insane and the elevators help you do crazy stuff. Lastly, this plane is very portable and assembly at the field takes 1-2 minutes, so it always comes with me. Very happy with my purchase.”

“I love the lights, fit-n-finish is amazing, but I can’t get it to take off from our grass runway. We have the nicest grass runway around, but part of that is because it’s thick grass(not long, but dense). I believe it’ll fly fine once winter comes and the grass lays down, but no-fly summers”

“Can't get it off of the damn grass so has made 10 attempted flights but no success. Seems like it goes fast enough just won't rotate. A few other 80mm from a different manufacturer do fly off of this grass no issues.”

“If only the 1600mm corsair had retracts as tough as those on the 80mm F-22. I suffered the dreaded bouncing on my first landing and the F-22 survived with barely a scratch. I'm very impressed with the quality of this model.”

“I move the CG 10 mm back and I am very satisfied with this setting. With a 5800 mA 6s I get 5 mn flying. I find out, for Jeti users, that to make the reverse work, You have to set the receiver Chanel throttle and reverse to the same «group» A,B or C. In fact, there is a gap of 2.5 ms between the different groups and the ESC does not recognize the signal if not on same group…if it can help...”
