“The design and finish on this plane are impressive. However, its substantial weight is a significant drawback. The 8S version, for example, drains batteries rapidly, lasting only 2-3 minutes. Getting this heavy aircraft airborne can be challenging. Once in the air, it handles well with responsive ailerons, but landing requires precision. A hot approach is essential to avoid a heavy landing that could damage the plane. I have a few f16s and this one definitely flies the heaviest. I am going to try to remove airbrake servos and swap to 6s. This may help reduce weight.”

“this plane is honestly beautiful and my box and plane shipped without cosmetic damage. although the reason its not a 5 star is because my nose gear door came with a broken hinge, my ticket is currently on going.have not flown the plane yet so cant comment on that”

“I finished assembling my plane yesterday, the 6S version. When I connected my 6S battery, only five beeps sounded. I contacted MotionRC via chat, and they advised me to try a freshly fully charged battery and test it again. My battery wasn't fully charged when I connected it the first time. After charging my battery, I tried again. This time, with a fully charged battery, there were no beeps at all. I will contact MotionRC first thing on Monday morning because they don't work weekends. I hope they either send me a new ESC or a new plane. Come on, guys, we pay a lot of money for these planes. Can't they ensure that the products they send are in good condition?I'll provide an update as soon as I contact them on Monday.”
