“Delighted with the F15, I converted it to 8s using 6s and 2s 5000Mah 70c CNHL Batteries.It has plenty of Power and is Incredibly Fast and Stable in Flight. Flown at around 60% Throttle I am comfortably getting 3 min + Flight times. It has a Great Presence in the Air and the 90mm Fan sounds Amazing.”

“good summer model, I've had it for 3 seasons and just today I reached 500 starts with it! At 300 starts, only the chassis were replaced with new ones! I would definitely not recommend the plane to beginners!”

“I had to solder a new end on the rudder cable on one side due to a wire not being crimped.Otherwise it is a good plane.The maiden flight was uneventful.The factory should test the long wires before installing them.They can't be removed from the plane after it is assembled.”

“I bought this and installed my own 8S edf unit and an aerostar 150 amp esc. I had to remove some foam protrusions in the back of the battery compartment to get the 2-4s 5000mah batteries as far back as possible. The batteries I used barely fit inside the battery compartment (they are 75c) My 60c batteries are even thicker and would not fit at all. even with the extensive cutting to get the batteries back as far as possible I still ended up having to put 1.5 ounces of weight in the tail to get it to balance. 118 millimeters for the c.g. leaves the plane nose heavy. I ended up at about 122 mm to get it to land decently. I think I should have settled for keeping it a 6s plane. I never flew it on 6s so I cant say for sure. as it is it flies good but it feels and lands like a heavy plane. I also have the 90mm F-18 and the 90mm F-22 running on identical 8S power components and they feel much lighter and responsive than the F-15. The air brake is cool but useless. I set it up on its own channel and switch and I accidentally popped it up while flying, It seems to make no difference. I also installed a gyro and this stops that weird back and forth wobble that seems to be a characteristic of this plane. I think it is a beautiful plane and I love how it looks, if you are a fan don't hesitate.”
