“Bought my first Freewing F-4D a little over a year ago. Found it to be a well designed, great flying EDF. Unfortunately about 3 weeks ago on my third flight of the day I decided to hot dog it and was pulling really tight turns at full throttle and fairly low altitude and to hard and it stalled. Not enough altitude to recover and she hit pretty hard. Aircraft was not totaled but damaged enough to warrant replacement instead of repair. I have 6 EDF’s and as with a lot of people the only problem with any of them is the short flight times. All the Freewing EDF’s I have are well designed and operate very well.”

“Very good scale product. I cant say,how it is fly, becase weather not allowed this . But everything is very good on a ground. I have sound module too and center afterburning. It looks very good. I enjoy to first fly.”

“Received the aircraft. Unloaded the box and all parts were in good condition. Assembled aircraft per assembly manual. Only problem I had was that the wing tubes were very tight inserting into wings. They went into the fuselage very easy. After reading some of the previous reviews, replaced the elevator servo with a Hitec mini height torque metal gear servo. Also installed a wood plate for mounting the elevator servo. Installed the new servo into the plate using mounting screws with the plate epoxied to the foam. Set up flight controls per the manual and also used the C.G. Location at 190mm. First flight was very good with the aircraft needing a little nose up and r/h aileron trim. Flew for 2 minutes on a 5000mah with the gear down at about 75% power and landed with about 40% left on the battery. Overall the Phantom is beautifully handling and landings at that C.G. were very easy. I am very pleased with the aircraft.”
