“I like it. This is my 2-nd one. No bad tendancies, but my friends have tough time landing it, so I guess it is advanced. The tricky part is probably flap to elevator mix. Unless you dial it in, you may strugle during landings.”
“Very nice and scale looking jet, fly's really good once dialled in, lands quite easy, and plenty of power with the new 12 blade fan on 6s. No need for 8s in my opinion. Only donwside for me; the already applied decals, i wish they didn't apply them, would make a repaint a lot easier, but that's just my point of view...”
“As listed in the description, this plane comes with the "Grey Ghosts" decals already applied, and does NOT come as a blank, or with Navy decals included. There is conflicting information in the comments that both sets of decals are included. This is incorrect. The plane is great quality and builds easily. PLEASE BE AWARE OF SETTING UP THE ELEVATORS BEFORE GLUING AND TAKE YOUR TIME. If you do not set up the elevators down 8mm (as instructed LATER in the instructions) before attaching the aft section, you'll have to tear it all apart. There is also conflicting information to CG. Manual says 190mm, however, numerous threads say any where between 170mm-190mm works well.. Your experience may vary.. (My plane is perfect at 180mm).. Flies great, and looks great with the optional afterburner lights !”

“Mine arrived today and whilst it is a pretty impressive model, I thought that the finish was not quite as good as I expected. The photographs flatter it a bit I think as it does look foamier than other models that I have bought from the same stable. .... F14 and Mig 29 to name a couple.I may be a little disappointed but not to the point that I regret buying it as it is still an impressive looking model.I have not built or flown it yet as I am still very much a novice pilot so it's " above my head " excuse the pun but I just like to have it there for when the time comes.The service and delivery is absolutely brilliant which keeps me coming back for more so although maybe not the best review, I'd still like to balance it by saying a big thanks to all at Motion RC.Looking forward to seeing more new models ...... keep up the great service guys.One happy customer”

“My first Freewing purchase and I am extremly excited about the F4 Phantom. Very impressed by the quality and craftsmanship by Freewing. I am painting the vertical stabilizer Classic Navy blue as the light blue it came painted wasn't what I was expecting as photos show the Classic Navy. But some Callie graphics and a V2 Multiburner from the RC Geek and I will be airbnorne in style. If Freewing would upgrade the F-14 Tomcat with the upgrades that I read it needs I would buy one without any hesitation.”
