“It is a beautiful plane and should fly as the videos rate it from the past. This plane, likethe others by Motion is the way of the future for all of us. It is not difficult to say at all.The transformation from the old style foam to this model and others is excellent andneeded.”
“What a plane. The packaging of this plane is fabulous. The finish and detail is far more than I had expected. The electronics: Retracts (Main and tail wheel), Flaps, Ailerons, Rudder, Elevator, Nav lights, landing light, and one large motor with just 6 channels. The prop is something you just want to look at for a long while. Overall this is one nice plane. Since winter is setting in I think I'll do a little weathering on this plane. Nice job to all at Motion RC.”

“Easy to build. Easy to look at. A joy to fly! Not real fast but a true scale look in the air. Used a 6 cell 40C 5000. Push it all the way forward and it balances perfectly. No need to fear this bird..... it won't bite!”

“From the unboxing of the model to the maiden flight it was a breeze. This was my first FlightLine model and I was very impressed with the packaging and especially the build of the aircraft.I've had a few different fuel Corsairs over the years and they are clearly one of my favorite planes. Let me tell you that when you pull this one out of the box and see the attention to detail you cannot help but admire the detail of every part of this aircraft.Today I took the birdcage out for a maiden flight and again; I was not disappointed. I flew with the 5000mah Admiral battery and the CG was perfect when the battery was all the way to the front. I took off with 1/2 flaps (by the book) and gradual power while applying a touch of right rudder to counter act the scale prop. She lifted majestically and when the flaps were raised and retracts up she few beautifully with a few clicks of elevator trim. What a Joy!When landing we came in with 1/2 flaps. Note that when you lower the gear, it takes a few seconds for the gear to deploy because of the time it takes for the doors to open. Turning on final and it slowing nicely, I just kept about 25% power right to the runway and did not even get a bounce. If you like a F4U Corsair, you cannot go wrong with either of the versions from FlightLine. I would highly recommend this bird.”

“Don't think I have every seen such an easy build. No glue, just a few screws, and snap-on ready linkages. I really like the pre-made balance weights. Stickers take the most time. I spent much more time on the Admiral receiver with gyro, which tripped me up because the gear channel mix that it used to switch modes was reversed on my transmitter. Took me hours to find that problem. I wish the plane was louder. It's so whisper quiet in the air I'm afraid I won't hear it if the battery dies.”
