“One of the best planes I have worked on yet! I made ( male call) Jimmy stewart's B 24 Am trying to get the nose gear doors on . I am going to use a P 38 gear door. I have an extra boom . battle damage jap zero cobbed his engine into my 38. Really a very nice airplane . nose guns top turret move with the flaps.”

“This model turned out to be better than I had hoped although I have yet to assemble and fly it because an important objective was to finish it as a B-24 my uncle served in as waist gunner on 1 Aug 1943, the famous Ploesti oil fields raid. This is made difficult because parts of the model have been painted with 1944 schemes aka Witchcraft so I have to find out how to over-paint the red and white vertical stab and engine cowls back to the olive drab matching the remainder of the plane.”

“The plane flys very well on the recommended CG and batteries. On half throttle which is a nice comfortable speed I fly easily 7 minutes. Only be aware the rear belly is very close to the ground so if you over rotate on takeoff or more likely you bounce on landing the rear belly will hit.”

“Very nice from the start, well laid out, flys great, and nice on the eye! Tha battery harness is a great bright spot that is pretty fool proof! If not totally so! The only two weak points were, one rudder assembly’s seemed less than totally secured with only the screws, but a bit of epoxy and it was. #2 was the olive drab tape on the bottom of the wings was curled up beyond use. Both small issues and overall a I have to give it 4.998 out of 5 stars! Nicely done! Steve”

“I broke down and called motion about my flaps. I spoke with Jordan I believe. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He sent me my replacement parts, and new servoe, almost immediately. I got the parts yesterday and am very happy. My flaps work. I'll try it after Francis goes away. It will be fun.”
