“I've bought almost 40 of these remote receivers (and the previous version) to use in planes and quads.I have never had one of these units fail.When it's going into a plane I almost always use a 60cm extension wire instead of the 28cm that comes with the sat. I want to get the satellite as far from the main receiver as possible, and I try to point the antenna in directions that are 90° to each other, and a different orientation than the main antennas.If you are mounting these in a plane, do yourself a favor and order a 60cm extension wire to go with it.”
