“This kit arrived nicely packed with no damage. The paint is stunning and better in person that pictures can do justice. There are alot of things that are not covered by the instructions but if you are a good modeler you will be fine. I had to do alot of research on the internet on the real MD-500 for skids and other adjustments. You have to cut the tail boom to fit your chassis so measure twice and cut once. Also, the tail servo would not fit the compartment so I custom made a servo attachment to the top of the internal boom in order for it to fit. I also did not want to cut any holes in the fiberglass boom so I epoxied a flexible cable setup to the internal boom to control the tail feathers. This is awesome and a better scale look.In control the CG with batteries and found the best setup are two 6S 4000 in parallel that also increases my flight time. I am so glad I purchased this kit and everyone at the field just loves it. For flying, you need to set the main rotor rpm and pitch to be more stock. Using a 3D chassis has the rotor speed much too high and you will not be flying this doing any 3D stuff.”

“The finish is nice. Went together really well.Door windows are the only thing I don’t like there not as clear as the windows. I am not using them. I would definitely buy more of this product.”

“Wow item arrives very quick and no damage at all. Double box packing with all parts secure inside inner box.Great quality and not one scratch on the paint! Hinges seems very delicate as all comments from all Roban owners. Hope Roban adress that after so many complaints about theirs hinges. But other that that the product is second to none! This is my first Roban fuselage and hope will not be the last. This is not a regular arf. You need some assembly experience to complete it. Think the MD 500 is the easier to assemble in their line.”
