“the roban fuselage is good, the quality of the rotor head is poor.the rotor head the arm that holds the main blade, the steel bolt that connect it to the swash came loose, causing some damage. the threads are stripped.not impressed by the quality of parts. i have flown the blade 450x for years with little to no problem. overall not happy.”

“This is my fourth RotorScale 450 PNP helicopter. These are nice models with painted fiberglass scale bodies. They all include the motor, ESC and servos. You have to add your own FBL gyro and receiver. The Huey uses a 4S battery. The other 3 helis I purchased all use a 6S battery. So make sure you use the right battery on your heli. The Huey seems a little tail-heavy even with the recommended battery, but it flew OK. I am using an IKON-2 FBL gyro and a Spektrum receiver. I'm using a DX8-2G transmitter. I set up very gentle rates on the TX, and just fly scale-like, no 3D or aerobatics. The heli flies smoothly and looks great in the air or on the ground. But this is not a 3D heli, it's designed for gentle, realistic flying.”

“I waited 8 mo for this. It’s a steal ! Plastic Blade Huey’s with fragile fuselages crack 1 st hard landing they sold for more then this ! This Roban fuselage is durable Flight is smooth looks real absolutely Perfect!!!!!if the price was $800 I would pay that hurry and buy one it’s exciting And thank you for making America’s Favorite Bird The Huey!I’m loving it”
