“I received my Tiger Moth yesterday and flew its maiden voyage yesterday as well. Mine arrived packed very well, was easy to complete and for an inexpensive RTF looks a lot nicer than I thought it would. The last time I flew RC, Gyro was still only a sandwich, so I followed instructions and flew it on beginner (low rate) with the gyro fully working. Had no issues with hand launch into the wind, flew it in circles for about 6 minutes and landed it. No problems! If anything I think I would rather fly in manual mode to have more control. This is a really nice beginner plane with a great price. It is a little fast for its size but that may just be me not having experience with small park flyers. The only thing that spooked me for a second was I tried to dead stick it for the landing but found out quickly you need to come in with a little throttle and shut it down about 2 foot off the ground keeping the nose up. If your on the fence about buying, I don't think you will be disappointed for the price. I am not!”

“I originally bought this airplane. I figured I would fly it indoors, but as the instructions do say, it's not recommended and sure enough. It flies much too fast and you can't use the stabilization because it's not allowed to turn quick enough for indoors but for outside. I think it'll be swell. The construction of the airplane is in such a way, it's pretty much indestructible. It should last very well for someone just learning to fly. But for indoors, it's a non-starter.”
