“Received velvet bowtie on time for a gift however my boyfriend felt the butterfly size was slightly to big for him and that he would prefer it in a skinny style. The skinny style is actually not available in this bowtie but after getting in contact with Mrs Bow tie.com they couldn't be more accommodating and made this for him at no extra charge with a extremely speedy delivery. This is a brand that provides top quality customer service- would definitely recommend!”
