Got an email advising the date of the delivery and a one hour window when it would be delivered, and the option to change the delivery. It was delivered when they said it would be. Beautifully packaged - good enough to be a gift. And there was a personalised thank you note. I will most definitely be back again, as I am a regular bow tie wearer.”
