“I am very happy for having hired our tours with Mr. Tripp. I hired two tours, and one of them was partly the same than the other, so they adviced me and offered me to cancel the second tour without any cost. I wanted to change it to another tour so they change the tour and give me the refund because the second one was cheaper. After having a problem the day of the second tour, they allow us to do the tour another day. I did all the procedures by email and by telephone without any problem. Their kindness and hospitality are awesome. This is the best travel agency I have ever hired. I encourage to everybody travelling to Romania to hire their services. If I visit again Romania I'll do my tour with this company.”
