It is the best cutting board available to professional chefs and people who love to cook at home. The board will not damage your knives and is easy to clean.

I purchased two cutting boards and am really enjoying using them. As promised, they are quiet, have some bounce to the surface, clean easily and are very well made. I was hesitant to make the purchase as they're a more expensive cutting board and I'm so glad I made the investment.

I love this board. As a smaller board, i place it on top of my larger, wooden board to avoid juicy things like strawberries from picking up off-flavors. I use it every day to cut fruit and other smaller items. It feels great on my knives, doesn't slide around and is super easy to clean. Highly recommend this product!

I love this cutting board. I got it because I wanted tp protect my knives and it does just that. The board has a little bit of give so you are not hacking up your knives and it is lightweight. It's easy to clean as well.

This is a great small cutting board, super light but a great small size. It is NOT rubber, but just a very soft plastic. Does get scratched up easily, but very nice on your knives and can be sanded down easily.

I already had two very large cutting boards. One rubber. One Larchwood. I got the Hasegawa for quick jobs with meat and fish. Turns out I use it more than the two. Easy to clean. Easy to store away after use. My ZDP and R2 knives have good edge retention. The Hasegawa will improve edge retention even more. (My next toy will likely be an AS Kiritsuke or Petty.

Pros: Very useful size, particularly for home cooks. Doesn't dull my knives. Can be put in the dishwasher. Con: Hard to get stains out - but hey, we bought it for utility, not beauty.
