“I've been using my beloved Zojirushi IH NP-HBC10 for the past 10+ years and decided to upgrade as I have wanted the pressure option for several years. Besides short grain I also eat a lot of jasmine rice. I am highly impressed with the performance of this rice cooker. The pressure option makes a significant difference in the quality of the rice. “This rice cooker cooks rice wonderfully. Umami mode does the pre-soak which makes it really convenient and the grains are perfectly cooked. Easy to clean and maintain. Although a little pricey, Zojirushi is still the best rice cooker out there.”

“Sometimes hard to know if a product is going to really give you as much more as you would expect for the price. So, far we have found this to be true for this rice cooker.”
