“As other reviewers mentioned, it's light and solid. I bought this because it's not supposed to warp. It maybe too early to say but it washed well after several dishwasher runs. Very good looking. I feel it's worth the price.”

“Size is good enough for small tasks. This is my third hasegawa board. Love them all.”

“Feels no softer on my knives than my other board. Don’t waste your money. It’s just hard plastic with a lot of small grooves to get food stuck in”

“Washing this thing is honestly a chore. Not because things stick to it.. But water sticks to it. It takes double effort to clean. I was recommended this board by so many people, and honestly it's just OK. Unless you're making sushi or you have flawless knife skills, you're probably better off with wood or a tpu mat cutting board.”

“i never realized my old cutting boards contributed so much to dulling my kitchen knives. after i upgraded my knives and sharpening tools, i read about Hasegawa cutting boards and ordered them. so happy i did! the sound (or lack) of the knives hitting the board was so satisfying! i love knowing it isn't DESTROYING my knive's edges, either. the only CON is that the boards may take some elbow grease to clean because of the textured surface. a sponge may not be enough; a brush may be needed to clean it throughly”

“Shows every cut mark and abrasion. After rinsing water tends to cling to the board - takes forever to drip dry. But elegant looking and slightly firmer than tan Hasegawa board. Wish it came in a smaller size.”
