“This is not a like or dislike but, an observation. I’m used to the real heavy cast iron pans so it’s taken me a little to get used to an almost “instant on” when heating. And even low heat is high due to the thinness. Great for sauce based cooking but I don’t use it for meats other than browning (or, again, in a sauce).”
