“Due to recent supply chain/tariff issues with our normal Binchotan charcoal, we were forced to find another solution. After some quick research we found the Komaru Binchotan All-natural charcoal. At about half the price of the previous charcoal we used, the Komaru burns just as hot and for just as long. It stays virtually smokeless and provides a clean flavor to our grilled preparations. Only reason I am hesitant to recommend it is my fear that any increased demand will gnarl its supply chain ; )”
