“Perfect size cutting board to replace an old plastic one that I had been using for far too long. So far the surface performs well, gripping onto whatever it is I am cutting. Likes so much that I purchased both the soft and hard versions of the cutting board.”

“i never realized my old cutting boards contributed so much to dulling my kitchen knives. after i upgraded my knives and sharpening tools, i read about Hasegawa cutting boards and ordered them. so happy i did! the sound (or lack) of the knives hitting the board was so satisfying! i love knowing it isn't DESTROYING my knive's edges, either. the only CON is that the boards may take some elbow grease to clean because of the textured surface. a sponge may not be enough; a brush may be needed to clean it throughly”

“Nothing all is good. Cutting board is light and easy to move around. Easy to clean. Do not use serrated blades on it you will ruin the board. Shipping was very slow !”

“This is my 3rd Hasegawa board. Definately get the black -- the tan stains. It also fits perfectly in place of the wood cutting board that came with my sink.”
