“I bought this cutting board specifically to go with my new Japanese santoku knife. It is high quality, and has a bit more "bite" to it than my usual wooden cutting board. But I have adjusted to the new feel and love it! It's easy to clean, and can go in the dishwasher, and it's the perfect size for my counter and my needs. I highly recommend purchasing our Hasegawa through MTC! They have a great selection and great prices!”
