“The pot itself in general is very beautiful but not the one I received. I ordered the pot to ship direct to my aunt (80+ Yrs old) in Texas as a gift but it turned out the pot she received is either returned item or defected item. The shipping box is under exellent condition which meant not damaged during shipping. The lid of the pot arrived with sharp shards that is rough and can slice fingers. MTC should QC their products before shipment or at least offer a refund or replacement. Instead, it took customer service days to reply and their solution was to give me $10 and instruct my elderly aunt to go to ACE hardware to buy sandpaper to sand it down... Insane.”
