“This is well made, light, but sturdy cedar. Super useful while simmering all kinds of foods. They even seem to taste better!”

“This smooth as silk otoshibuta makes cooking vegetables quicker and with a sweeter taste. MTC Kitchen was fast and efficient in shipping it to me. Great product.”

“My disappointment was my decision to make the purchase. The shipping cost was equal to the $10 I paid for the item; so I paid $20 for a $10 item. The item is too small for a 10-inch frying pan — it fits a 6-in pan.”
