“The SG2 Santoku is an excellent knife. Even though my wife cuts things with it she probaly shouldn't, the razor sharp powdered steel edge is holding up well. She is used to western handled knives with thumb gaurds so the exposed tang is a learning curve for her. We keep band-aids handy.”

“The santoku is a pretty knife, the prettiest in my knives. It is also very sharp, so sharp that it can cut a garlic head with ease. I would love to buy again from this store.”
